  • Molds are Cleaned, Examined and Maintained by Toolroom Personnel after Every Run to Assure Tool Quality and Tool Life
  • The last Four Shots Off the Mold are Retained after Every Run and Examined for defects
  • Every Mold is Tagged after Every Run to Show Who Pulled the Mold and When
  • Copies of the Tag go to the Quality Assurance Manager and the Toolroom Supervisor after Every Run.
  • We Maintain Over 300 Active Molds that are in "ready to run" condition at a moments notice.
