Congratulations!  Your manufacturing facility located in Orchard Park, NY. has been recognized for outstanding Quality Supplier Performance during the 2003 calendar year for the products you produce and ship to the GM Truck Group, Full Size Truck Platform assembly plants.  This recognition has been based upon your facility meeting the following criteria for the 2003 Calendar Year:


• QS-9000 Compliant - current reassessment status
• No Spills, no Stock-outs, no Downtime
• Less than 25 PPM

• 100% On-time PPAP submittals
• 100% On-time Delivery
• Zero PRR's


A meeting to recognize members of your organization for this outstanding performance has been scheduled to take place at the GMTG Mishawaka Assembly Plant on January 22, 2004 at 10:15 AM EST in  Conference Room #5.  This meeting will be attended by members from the AM General Assembly Plant's top management team and by GM Supplier Quality Assurance management members.  It is recommended your attendees include the Plant Manager and Quality Manager, at a minimum.

As part of the thirty-minute agenda, your organization should be prepared to provide the group with approximately a twenty-minute presentation on your Quality Operating System, emphasizing lessons learned, techniques such as error proofing, people practices, and any other factors that have contributed to your attaining this outstanding performance.  Please utilize overheads and provide ten sets of handouts of your presentation.
