These are just a couple of comments that came from employees during 2002's 'Safety Solutions Program'Survey.

With a 77% response rate and out of a maximum score of 7, PCI was ranked as a 6.3 by its employees.  It's no wonder that our turn over rate remains at less than 3% annually!!!
